Why we don't send a printed receipt with your order.
We care about the earth. We love trees. Let's save them. If for any reason you should need a printed receipt you can access them on your Paypal that you used to pay or the email you received with your order. Thank you for understanding.
Help I don't see the item I wanted to buy!
Some of the products are one of a kind but many can be recreated. If you see an item advertised somewhere but don't see it listed simply contact us.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal. We never even see your credit card number. The site itself is also secure (see our SSL).
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
Most of the items are made to order and will ship in 3-7 business days.
Shipping will come USPS first class with delivery confirmation. We ship Monday - Friday.
If you would like expedited shipping, door to door tracking, signature confirmation or additional insurance please contact us. We pack each item securely and carefully so it is not damaged. Should you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately.
Buyers are responsible for all customs and import taxes. We are not responsible for customs delays. International shipping can take up to a month and once it leaves the state we cannot track it.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds can be made on unworn items only within 7 days of delivery. You must contact us for an RMA and return address. No refunds on custom items, worn items or body mods.
Returns must be shipped back no later than 14 days from receipt. Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Credit will be returned minus shipping to your original payment method.
We will gurantee handmade items for 30 days with normal wear and tear. Should something happen to the item due to a defect in craftsmanship within this 30 days please contact us and we will fix the item at no cost to you. This is at our discretion. Should it be beyond 30 days we may consider fixing the item for you at a fee.
